How To Whitelist...

Many ISPs and email providers have mail blocking or filtering systems in place to protect you from unsolicited email. Unfortunately these same systems often prevent email that you have want to receive from reaching you. Whitelisting our email address will ensure that the email you have requested from OnSaleToday will reach you.

To do this, you generally need to add the following email address to your address book:

If you are using spam filtering software, you should also enter this email address into your filtering software whitelist, according to the specific instructions for the software you are using.

Please click on the relevant link below for more specific instructions on how to add our email addresses to your address book, and ensure you receive future communications from us.

GMail
Hotmail
Yahoo

Gmail

  1. Open your GMail Mailbox
  2. Click 'Contacts' from the menu
  3. Click 'Create Contact'
  4. Enter our name and email address on the Add Contact page (Name: OnSaleToday.co.za / Email address: email).
  5. Click the Save button.  
  6. If you see an email from OnSaleToday.co.za in your Spam folder, click "Not Spam" to avoid having e-mail from us sent to your Spam folder in the future

Hotmail/MSN

  1. Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Safe List
  2. Type email in your Safe List.
  3. If you see an email from OnSaleToday.co.za in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid having e-mail from us sent to your Junk Mail folder in the future

Outlook

Add our email address to your address book and safe sender list, as follows:
Firstly, add us to your safe sender list:

 

1. If you have received an email from us, right click on the subject line of an unopened email from us
2. Click 'Junk Email', and then 'Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List'

Secondly, add our email address to your address book:

  1. Double click on the email from us to open it
  2. Right click on the From: email address
  3. Click 'Add to Outlook Contacts...' (or it might say 'Add Sender To Address Book') or
  4. If you haven't received an email from us, add our email address to your address book.

Yahoo

  1. Open your Yahoo! mailbox
  2. Click 'Options'
  3. Click 'Filters'
  4. Click 'Add'

  1. In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure 'contains' is selected in the drop-down list. Enter the following email address in the adjacent text box:

    infodesk@onsaletoday.co.za

  2. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message to:" select Inbox from the drop-down list. Click the Add Filter button.
  3. If mail from OnSaleToday.co.za has been filtered to your Bulk folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field

Webmail / Mailbox

  1. Click the Addresses tab on the main menu tabs.
  2. Type email in your address box.
  3. If you see an email from OnSaleToday.co.za in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid having e-mail from us sent to your Junk Mail folder in the future

Other Email

  1. Goto "Address Book", "Addressess" or "Contacts/Add Contacts" in your mailbox
  2. Add email as your contact and Save.
  3. If you see an email from OnSaleToday.co.za in your Junk Mail/Spam folder, click "This is not Junk Mail/Spam" to avoid having e-mail from us sent to your Junk Mail/Spam folder in the future
