Step 1: Create an OnSaleToday Account To buy anything online OnSaleToday, you must be a registered user. If you are already registered on OnSaleToday, feel free to move to the next step. If you do not have an account on OnSaleToday, please create one using the steps below. On OnSaleToday's first page, choose the blue "register" link in the upper lefthand corner. On the Registration page, fill in your personal information. Choose an email address that you check regularly, as any OnSaleToday alerts or questions from buyers will go to that inbox. Choose a username and password. You'll use them to sign in to OnSaleToday.co.za from now on. Make sure to read through the terms of service, then check the box if you agree to them. Click Signup Step 2: Email Verification Once you have submitted the registration form, OnSaleToday will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. When this email arrives, open it and click on the link "Activate Your OnSaleToday Membership." If you have not received the email, check your spam folder. After your have verified your account, you will obtain your unique OnSaleToday account number which will be used to make or receive payments. You may begin buying or selling online OnSaleToday immediately. Step 3: "My Desk" "My Desk" is your personal OnSaleToday desk, here you can: Create, edit, relist or delete your sale items Make payments View your private messages from other members View your orders received View your payments received View your transaction history Recharge your OnSaleToday bank account Goodluck! Start Buying | Start Selling FAQ I haven't recieved any confirmation email from OnSaleToday 1. Make sure you have entered the correct email address in the registration form 2. Send an email to forgotpassword@onsaletoday.co.za with your username or email address or OnSaleToday account number in subject box. How do I edit my profile / account details? Your account details can only be amended by our Admin Dept. This is due to security measures in place. Please email the amended details Help! I am unable to verify my OnSaleToday account after registration If you have received the confirmation email from OnSaleToday, make sure you enter the exact account number in the email, if you keep getting an error message such as "Invalid account number", simply refresh the page, or exit and reload your browser. Sometimes, depending upon your browser settings, a message may appear that "this form has already been submitted", reason being that the sessions are remembered and cannot be re-submitted, if this happens, you will need to exit OnSaleToday and reload it. What are Member Levels and How do I raise my Member Level? All new members start at the D level. From time to time sellers transaction history and ratings are reviewed along the following criteria: For the Seller: Diligent, honest, true advertising, delivery and promptness. For the Buyer: Membership duration and general behavior Member Levels: D: Default commencing level C: Fair B: Excellent A: Excellent and trustworthy.
